Lauren has always been interested in art since she was a child. She has always enjoyed drawing and then later became interested in painting, oil painting in particular is a favourite medium to work with. Lauren started to learn tattooing in 2019, and briefly worked in a small shop in St. Mary’s before opening her own shop, Studio Y Tattoo, in Stratford. Lauren’s work has been featured in DGN & Global Tattoo magazine. She enjoys experimenting with all different tattoo styles; however, she especially loves and specializes in both black & grey realism as well as bold colour neo-traditional. Lauren also enjoys doing a wide range of subject matter from creepy to pretty & anything in between! She enjoys making her own designs as well as custom designs where she has a lot of creative freedom. Lauren is always trying to learn more and expand her abilities.She loves creating larger pieces such as sleeves and back pieces; the bigger the better!She is also a master at cover-up work and can cover almost anything! Looking forward to helping bring your ideas to life with something beautiful & unique just like you! 💕
Our shop is open for new artists. To join our team you will need:
Artists will be entering through a chair rental. All shop essentials including wifi are provided. All work station materials are supplied by the artist and must meet or exceed shop standards.

I have had work done in several tattoo shops over the past 25 years and this shop stands out the most. By far the cleanest shop iv been in. The artists are unbelievably good at their craft and the quality of work simply speaks for itself. Well priced, and very friendly. I'm really not sure I'd ever go anywhere else. Amazing modern artist and in my opinion the obvious best in the area. I'm extremely picky so I literally went through the website of all 10 shops in the area and there was no comparison in work quality. I'm glad I went with studio Y they rock.

I've got a few tattoos from Lauren now and love every single one. All the tattoos I've got so far have been "free hand" stencils and I love how custom it makes them. I've recommended Lauren to several people and they all love her work as much as I do. I've never been to such a clean shop. I've also had the best healing with Lauren. I can't recommend her enough.
